HR & Premises Manager – for Special Needs School in Croydon
Salary. £40k - £50k depending on experience and capability
Holiday. 6 weeks holiday / year, to be taken only during school holidays.
What we are looking for
We are a special school for children with complex needs, with 9 sites in and around Croydon. We currently have 200 staff, £8m revenue, and further growth is planned.
We want a highly motivated individual to manage and deliver this busy School’s support functions, including HRM, premises and compliance, contracts, the school office and staff training. The successful applicant will have excellent management and leadership skills and utter integrity, be flexible and resilient, and be able to manage a broad portfolio and to juggle conflicting priorities under pressure. Previous school management experience may be advantageous but is not necessarily essential. Please see the job description for more information.
Employment is subject to an enhanced DBS check, original evidence of right to work in UK, satisfactory references and successful completion of six months probation. References will be taken up prior to interview.
