We are a boutique Property Manager based in Marylebone W1, dealing with properties based in Prime Central London in and around Hyde Park. We are a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment and we are looking for a motivated and proactive individual to join our growing team. We view this as a senior property manager position, and a stepping stone to associate director and upwards.

The role will be primarily focused at a very large single dwelling in Belgravia, not far from Sloane Square Station, where you will line manage the onsite assistant property manager and handyman. But as the role grows will also have responsibility managing other property managers looking after other sites.

Primarily assigned Mon-Fri to the specific UHNW client.
Key role in account and relationship management for the assigned client/property to include lead communication role, and practical and administrative residence management
Working with an onsite staff team, consisting of a handyman, housekeepers, security personnel, plus remote/attending team of 2 x existing Property Managers and Facilities Manager
Liaison and support to the client’s personal staff when on site or in advance of the client’s stay
Run the PPM schedule for the property
Support the TLMC team with the management and implementation of annual budgets for the property
Supported by the TLMC team and Facilities Manager, project management of complex upgrade/remedial works as required at the property
Prepare and assess contractor tenders (for service contracts/reactive works/cyclical works), providing considered recommendations
Utilise technical knowledge to advise and undertake initial troubleshooting/assessment of reactive issues
Supervise on site where required maintenance works, report back to client, and manage the interaction/deployment of property managers and facilities manager for the same where required
Assist the on site team, TLMC team and client’s staff in preparing the property for client arrival
Approve all contractor invoicing, and counter-check of client fund account statements, providing assistance to the accounts team
Record management documentation and information onto company systems
Utilise company systems to schedule workflow, resources and priorities as required
Support internal and external communication at the property, including management of access to the property during working hours.
