To help us with our mission, we’re looking for sales & marketing officers + executives to play an important role within our sales team based in Portsmouth. This is a full time, permanent position working 37 hours per week.
You’ll work alongside the sales manager to ensure our newbuild homes sell off plan. With your good attention to detail, you’ll assess all applications for our newbuild homes against the eligibility criteria. Your communication & interpersonal skills will help you to confidently liaise with various customers, including other in-house teams and external agencies. You’ll also assist with the marketing of our homes using appropriate marketing channels, including social media.
This is a great opportunity for an ambitious sales/marketing professional to join our team. You’ll have a natural upbeat & outgoing nature and work well to tight deadlines. You’ll have a general understanding of social housing, the housing market, property development process, valuation and requirements. You’ll need a full current driving licence with access to a vehicle for business travel.
Interviews will be held on the week of 22 July 2019 at our Portsmouth office.
